In order of appearance:

2. Main entrance from the Kneza Milosa street
3. Entrance from the other side - Kraljevacka street
4. "Bird" view

The propositions:
16 offices in a ground level, 8 on the upper floor and one large office space on the second level with an terrace. In the ground level the market should be placed.

The main idea was to establish a cross connection between streets as well as to transform a space in front of the building in a city square with preserving book store building marking it with a wooden structure on new designed building.

Inner space concept was to create "walk through inner street" while making a connection between square and street on the other side.

Materials was the primary for a shaping space in such surroundings - small town of Vrnjacka Banja. Wooden structures, parklex plates, glass from the one and aluco bond structure from the other side exposed building as a marker of the area.

The main concept emphasize the need to reveal an "old picture" in a new... Using similar materials, existing spatial organization, connecting the building with surroundings.
